Testimonial: " Disconnected from my body, I no longer felt anything. Drained of my emotions, I had not learned to name things. I was stuck in this silence imposed by years of abuse. Lost in my mind, I had created a self-contained space for myself in order to endure the pain. Today, I am no longer a prisoner of silence."
